In the study of 45 days after spreading Bio-Colony over the farm where red-tide occurs every summer, mildew grown on the bottom of the sea was completely degraded and the shells and the sand became visible.

Bio-Colony was added to fish food to see the growth promotion of young yellow tail in the farm. Fishes feeded Bio-Colony-added-food have grown faster than those without them in around 20 days after feeding. They also have gained 9.4% as much weight as control fishes by the end of the feeding period. This result shows that fish food added Bio-Colony didn't affect the growth of yellow fishes, rather did remarkably promote the growth in the early stage and kept such differences till the end of the feeding. Because of these reasons, Bio-Colony is used by many fish food manufactures to expect the effect of growth promotion and to boost yield rate.

Growth Promotion with Microorganism

Bloom of Ulva Pertusa Kjellman triggered by environmental pollution has covered all around the shore and caused clams to be disappeared and also caused odor in the neighborhood. City government, fisherman's association along with children in then eighborhood have spread Bio-colony over the shore. 3 months after spreading, Ulva Pertusa Kjellman was completely disappeared, resulting no odor.
